This policy explains how G & E Fertilizers Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. We are a Canadian company and handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Quote requests and enquiries. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and the requirement you describe (product, quantity, destination port, packaging, Incoterm, inspection needs and any message).
Direct contact. If you email or call us, we keep the information you share in that correspondence.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are introduced.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations and commercial offers.
- To arrange supply, shipment, inspection and export documentation if we do business together.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records we are required to maintain.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to act on your request, for example with suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection companies or banks involved in a quotation or shipment, and with service providers that host our website and email. Some of these parties are located outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other countries. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete it or make it anonymous. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices and rights
