UAN 32-0-0 Liquid Nitrogen Supplier

UAN 32-0-0 is a clear to pale-yellow nitrogen solution containing approximately 32% total nitrogen, derived from an equal-weight blend of urea and ammonium nitrate dissolved in water. The three nitrogen forms in UAN — urea-N (~50%), ammonium-N (~25%), and nitrate-N (~25%) — provide both an immediate nitrate response and a sustained release through ammonium and urea conversion, making it agronomically flexible across a wide range of crops and application timings.

The solution has a typical density of approximately 1.32 kg/L at 20°C, which is important for flow rate calibration and transport planning. Crystallisation temperature is approximately −17°C for the 32% grade, which informs storage requirements in cold climates. UAN is applied using ground-based liquid fertilizer equipment (injection shanks, dribble bars, or spray bars) or injected into irrigation systems. Unlike dry urea, UAN can be applied in late-season split programs with lower volatilisation risk when soil-applied or incorporated.
